And crying. I've tried talking to friends but that doesn't help my problem. All they say is to just get over it because I'm not going to get what I want, and that makes me angrier. I guess watching a really cool movie or going out and doing something fun might distract me from what's bugging me. I dunno.

I have a unicorn Pillow Pet. I like to take my agression on it. And sometimes when I'm in a really bad mood, I put a hand held massager on my stomach! It pretty much tickles me and I calm down soon after that.
