I would actually....first off I'd change Aurora's dress to BLUE, I'd have Ariel wear her blue sparkly dress, change Mulan's outfit to her matchmaker dress....basically it would look like Alafastanzio's lineup, except Kida would be in it.

I'd add some more heroines to it for starters.
Esmeralda, Meg, Jane, Kida... That'll do for now.
I'd change the franchise pictures DRASTICALLY. Ariel can just have a completely fictional franchise outfit because her movie ones are gross, Aurora'll be in blue, Cinders'll be in white with her real hair, and Belle'll be in her green dress.

Also, I'd put a ton more focus into the movies as a whole rather than just the Princesses themselves.

Butt, I would keep Mulan's outfit the way it is, give other princess more merch besides Belle, Cinderella and Aurora.
SRSLY, those three are EVERYWHERE! It's ridiculous, try finding some JUST Mulan stuff or JUST Pocahontas stuff, IT'S NOWHERE.I
Here's what I'd do
-Make more Pocahontas/Mulan/Jasmine/Tiana everything, because Belle, Cindy, Snow White, Aurora and Ariel are on every single piece of merch you can find and are most likely in the front.

-MAKE THE DOLLS ACCURATE. I can't tell you how many ugly-ass non-princessy looking Princess dolls I have seen in commercials/Wal-Mart. They're nasty

-Make Pocahontas/Mulan/Jasmine dolls. They basically do not exists, hard shit to find.

-Cinderella will look like she actually does in the movie, not the box-blond, dark blue dress that they stick her in.

^ I have a Pocahontas, Mulan and Jasmine doll. I have like 6 Ariel dolls. None of the others. :P

ALSO, I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN BY NO MERCH. I went to Disneyland Paris twice and the little Princess stuff there is is just overly OVERLY girly and all Cinderella, Aurora and Belle. I was like "What is this? D:"
It's so much more fun to shop in the stores on main streets because they're having a New Generation celebration for all Disney movies post-2000. Which means some pretty unappreciated movies are getting a chance to be in the spotlight and the only Princess they're throwing around is Tiana. I loved it. Every single way I turned, Naveen was smiling back at me. ACHIDANZA, BABY!

I do what everyone else has said basically. It seems like they're advertising Tiana well with merchandise, at least at Disneyland they are. In the princess section in the World of Disney store Tiana has her own section of stuff! :)

Yeah everyone basically said everything, I completely agree that they should put some other heroines into the lineup. I mean, Mulan is not a true princess but she's still in the princess lineup. seriously people? xD and ew ew ew Cinderella looks terrible in her BLUE dress that's not supposed to be blue and her hair thats supposed to be strawberry blonde:( Ariel needs her sparkly dress not her pink puffy sleeves yuck. i truely hate the girly princess stuff, it just makes me gag.

is it just me, or do the Disney Princess animation on the franchise look A LOT different than how they're supposed to look.

I would have the main 7 (Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine and Tiana) be a main franchise and have other Disney heroines (Mulan, Pocahontas, Esmeralda, Meg, Eilonwy, Jane,Kida, Wendy, Alice etc...) in the same franchise but be mor "minor characters" in the franchise,

Mulan and Pocahontas would appear more in the disney princess merchandise and i'd include Esmeralda and to Duncun Courtney they even made Tinker Bell and Esmeralda dolls to add to the doll set at the disney store

ALL PRINCESSES: I'd make all the artwork look a lot more like the way they looked in their original films.

Snow White: No changes

Cinderella: Love her to bits but I'd tone down her appearances in the artwork and merchandise. White dress and correct hair colour. I'd also make the point that she has a mind, self strength of her own, she isn't just a barbie in a pretty ball gown.

Aurora: Show her in both blue and pink version of the dress, correct hair colour and tone down how prominant she is in artwork.

Ariel: I like her Pink dress but I'd also let her shine in her other outfits as well, including mermaid attire and transformation dress.

Belle: Make her come across as more of an iconic movie heroine rather than simply a princess.

Jasmine: Let her shine in her other, slightly more formal outfits.

Pocahontas: MAKE HER ALOT MORE PROMINANT IN GENERAL. In her only outfit from original, not the sequel dress.... actually maybe in that dress.... could be interesting, despite the dress being pretty ugly

Mulan: MAKE HER ALOT MORE PROMINANT IN GENERAL. Wearing a variety of outfits.

Tiana: Meh...

I'd also let characters like Megara, Esmeralda and Kida have some more appearances, not as official DISNEY PRINCESSES but as honarable mentions and appearances.

make aurora's dress blue, make cindy's dress silver & change her hair color, show ariel in different dresses ( i hate her pink dress), make more mulan merchandise, & make more jasmine merchandise

Mulan and Pocahontas wouldn't be Princesses don't get me wrong I love them but their not Princesses
