What's an uncompromising personality? And why Mulan?

isn't Mulan the one who sings, "Somehow I cannot hide who I am, though I've tried"? i don't get how that's uncompromising.

I'm the tiebreaker between Mulan and Pocahontas.

^^Then I definitely vote Jasmine. Even Mulan went to the matchmaker, and that was against her beliefs.

Okay here's what I got.

Tiana- Easiest one, she had to go through a lot of personality changes when she was a frog.

Mulan- She went to a matchmaker to see what was expected of her and she desperatly wanted to become someone she clearly wasn't.

Pocahontas- She had to experience an entirely new race and culture in her land and realize that by bringing compramise and peace was she to stop a war. I think she also had to become more wise and patient than she was at the beginning of the film.

Belle- Of course, she has to realize that she must look past someone's outer apperance to reveal and accept who people are on the inside. (In the Broadway show, she is also shown no longer caring about adventure as much as she has found love)

Ariel- I'm not sure if Ariel went through much of a personality change, she stayed pretty stubborn about wanting to be human. I guess if anything, she became more strong and responsible after putting many of the things she loved and cherished in danger. (?)

As for the classic princesses, none of them seem to go through much of a change either, but I feel that they just don't seem to have strong personalities to me though, they're too . . . passive?

Jasmine would be my vote sense she never has to change something important about herself. She stuck to what she had always believed and was rewarded.
