I think Poca has the worst speaking voice of all the DPs, it sounds like she's faking it.

I actually love Poca's speaking voice. I don't think Idina's voice fit Elsa's character at all

I love both of their speaking voices, but I prefer Elsa's.

I was kinda about to choose Poca because Elsa doesn't talk too much. Both have great speaking voices though.

I prefer Irene Bedard. Idina sounded WAY TOO OLD.

^ Gosh, Idina is not old. I explained before that Elsa is 21 and she is supposed to sound mature and regal. Plus she suffered a lot.

Idina sounds much older, and she sounds like Emma Thompson ( Eleanor), which is distracting, because Elsa is supposed to be only a little older than Anna ( 21 to Anna's 18ish?) When the coronation dance scene played out, I found Idina's voice stood out a lot, and I could tell she was voicing the character, instead of merging with the character.

^Really? Emma Thompson is 55 and I think sound way older than Idina. You probably think her voice stood out because you knew about Idina before Frozen, right?

Nope. I didn't know about the Idina thing until much later. It stood out, because Idina didn't try to become someone else. She sounded like herself. She has an older sounding voice. There's nothing wrong with that, but her voice really didn't fit Elsa's age.

^Ok, it's your opinion. Still Eleanor sound way more mature than her. Idina actually has quite a childish voice that many don't like. If you saw some of the videos of Kristen Bell and Idina recording then you'd see that both of them really feel the characters. Idina gives a lot of emotion and depth to the character.
She did try to become someone else. Idina is actually a really cheerful and open person. While Elsa was an introverted suffering girl. So she had to change her voice a lot for the character.

^^^Well, I know a lot of people love and praise Idina Menzel for this movie and for her voice and singing skills. (I thought Elsa was not Idina's best role at all, and she didn't do very well in it, in my opinion). I don't own Frozen because the entire plot is about Elsa's problems. Elsa frustrated me at every turn.

I hope Moana will be much better than Frozen ended up being.
