If you don't want to sing you can choose not to sing. But being bullied by people who say you are ugly is the worst thing ever.
Though I value singing more than beauty.
Like manu said, being bullied because of your appearance is the worst, I have been bullied when I was 11-12 years old, I was new in my city and I had no friends. I had acne and a greasy hair when everyone else still had their children's perfectly clear skin and hair,
Fortunately I don't have acne or a greasy hair anymore, I'm actually quite beautiful, but my "ugly" period was the worst period of my life
You can change your appearance, but not your voice. I mean, yeah, voice lessons can improve your voice, but you don't just go from a terrible voice to an amazing voice. Plus, I think having a great voice will go much farther in life than having great looks.
I don't think it's necessarily true that beauty fades with age: look at Julie Andrews. She's still stunning, IMO. Of course, she must have done some plastic surgeries...
I agree with this whole bullying thing. It's just never fun to feel like you are the only one with acne or whatever. Especially when you are bullied about it. Looks shouldn't matter, but that seems to be what people these days care so much about.
I desperately want to look just as pretty as Merida, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be beautiful, I just don't think it matters much. Plus my hair would be GORGEOUS!
I was bullied too but song sounds pretty awesome. I can't sing well and even if I COULD sing like Aurora I'd be too scared to sing for others, but it would be cool to have anyway. Maybe I'm biased because now at 22 I've outgrown my awkward phase except for my zits and constant bumping into things (and I can guarantee you guys will too) but I'd feel a bit weird finding out my beauty was enhanced beyond my power. I always wondered how Aurora felt about that if they even told her. (though she looks so much like her mom regardless, maybe it doesn't matter).

Unless you have an accident or have vocal surgery, you might have your voice forever.
