Fits with her "I am not a prize to be won," and she disguised herself and ran away like Mulan, so she could relate to the story. She could also relate to the differing views with her father. I also think she'd like an adventure-type story, which this is. She could relate to a lot of the story, but it also foreign enough to leave her something to be desired.

Yeah, this one or The Little Mermaid

Nope, Jasmine would never understand Mulans devotion to honor and responsibility. But I think she would enjoy Ariel getting away with what she was trying to do.

I don't think Jas would like Little Mermaid that much, I think she'd relate to Ariel as a character but that doesn't mean she'd enjoy the movie. I think she'd like Mulan and Pocahontas movies the best, because they have a different 'feel' than the others. I can't see Jas enjoying the others that much... maybe BatB. She'd like aspects of PatF but I think she'd find most of the scenes with them as frogs stupid.
