They met as little kids and were friends, grew up and got married, went through so much together, grew old together, and experienced a grave loss with Ellie's death. I saw this and thought "I want what they had" but I hope that I go first instead of my wife. They're so real and beautiful, even when she's gone his love for her is still stronger than ever and still talks to her.
