What I think of her joining the lineup?
I don't see much of a problem with her joining the lineup. People often point out she was a villain for half of the movie and Princesses need to be good role models. Yes, because Meg is such a bad role model *rolls eyes*. I think the plot in Hercules is too messy for me to enjoy but the movie was successful enough and it does have a large 粉丝 base. She is a goddess which yes, doesn't make her a Princess. But what's important is that she is 更多 than just an average girl and she is. She sings one of the most 流行的 迪士尼 songs and she would bring something new to the 表 too. And I'm not only talking about her being older than Hercules.
What I think of her as a character?
The fact that she puts on fences because she's been hurt because of a dick makes her very relatable but I just never saw her as all that interesting. Her sass is a bit too pronounced for my taste which makes her character seem less organic. If she were a DP, she would rank 11th on my 收藏夹 列表 and she would rank 13th on my prettiest list. I think she is pretty for a character in her movie but the designs in Hercules make the characters look very strange and unattractive, not a fan.
Jane
What I think of her joining the lineup?
Tarzan was 更多 successful than 花木兰 when it came out. She was 皇后乐队 of the Jungle towards the end of the movie, which technically makes her royalty and her personality meshes well with the other Princesses. Although that point could work against her as it doesn't make her stick out from the crowd. Yeah she would be the 秒 brunette Princess but I sure don't care about that. But still, I think she would fit in the lineup fine.
What I think of her as a character?
Almost everyone loves her, she is extremely 流行的 in the 迪士尼 fandom. I think all of that craze for her is due to her clumsiness, adorableness and creativeness that makes her charming. I see why people would 爱情 all those things about her but her character doesn't really speak to me. She is likeable but not one of my favorites. If she were a DP, she would rank 11th on my 收藏夹 列表 and 5th on my prettiest list. She is so damn pretty, I remember I wanted to have her perfect hands so bad when I was little lol. She has beautiful eyes and cute rosy cheeks!
Esmeralda
What I think of her joining the lineup?
I don't think children would like her and her movie is a bit inappropriate which makes her not so marketable. And that's the whole point of the 迪士尼 Princess lineup, to make some of that green. 你 can argue about her being a good role model but also a bad one for dancing in sexy 《金装律师》 for coins. I don't see much of a problem with it but I can definitely see why a lot of people would have.
What I think of her as a character?
I used to think her character was too idealized but I don't mind any longer. She's pretty badass standing up for Quasi. She always thinks for the less fortunate which is admirable, especially since she is an outcast too. She knows the world doesn't revolve around her, that's why I look up to her so much. If she were a DP, she would rank 5th on my 收藏夹 列表 and she would rank 5th on my prettiest list. 你 know, I used to think her beauty was overrated because I didn't like her eyes 或者 her face that much but I don't need to be so picky do I? She's gorgeous and her body is hot as hell. I think she is most beautiful when she doesn't wear any accessories 或者 fancy outfits.
Kida
What I think of her joining the lineup?
I don't know if children would like her but she was one of my 收藏夹 as a kid because I thought white hair, tan skin and blue eyes was such a gorgeous color combination lol. But she shouldn't be a DP IMO for the same reasons I stated for Esmeralda. Even though Kida is an actual Princess, Esmeralda would fit in better since her character is 更多 developed and her movie actually gets praised enough. Atlantis was a critical failure as it did not use the good old 迪士尼 formula. It does have its 粉丝 but the 粉丝 base is not very large.
What I think of her character?
I like the name Kidagakash and also how she presented herself to Milo for some reason. I like that she is selfless and would do about anything for her people. What I don't like about her character is that it is not so layered, it's actually really flat when I think about it. If she were a DP, she would rank 11th on my 收藏夹 列表 and she would rank 8th on my prettiest list. She's really attractive and she has such a sweet smile but I don't think her face is ''beautiful''.
Giselle
What I think of her joining the lineup?
She is not animated for most of the movie, case closed. That's a big issue considering 迪士尼 would have to pay a fortune to Amy Adams. Is it just me 或者 does animated Giselle look like a mixture of Aurora and Ariel? I remember some agreeing with me, so she doesn't bring anything new to the 表 look-wise... but also character-wise. Also, she was about to become a Princess at the beginning but never actually became one. Even though being an actual Princess isn't all that important to me, I just felt I had to point that out.
What I think of her character?
She was mostly based off Snow White so I do like her almost as much as I like Snow White. She is so radiant and only sees the good in people, I 爱情 that. If she were a DP, she would rank 8th on my 收藏夹 列表 and 12th on my prettiest list. I know she is considered one of the most gorgeous animated females 由 many but she is far too generic looking for my taste. That was the point of her 设计 and character but still.
Eilonwy
What I think of her joining the lineup?
The main reason some want her to become a DP is because she is an actual Princess which I don't agree with. Because not only is being of royal blood one of the lesser important requirements for me. But Eilonwy only has the 标题 of being a Princess, really nothing about her is princessy, there was no point whatsoever in giving her that title. She doesn't act like royalty and we don't even see her kingdom. Plus, The Black Cauldron was a flop, that's when 迪士尼 was at its lowest points in opinion of many.
What I think of her character?
I haven't seen The Black Cauldron in a loooong time but she seems interesting to me. She is affectionate, sentimental and headstrong. If she were a DP, she would rank 10th on my 收藏夹 列表 and 6th on my prettiest list. Yes, she is only a child but also one of the most beautiful 迪士尼 ones. She reminds me of a young Aurora and I think that only Shanti is 更多 beautiful than her among the young heroines.

What I think of her joining the lineup?
I don't think I need to point out the obvious that she is too young and isn't a Princess. Though she does fit most of the requirements; she is the main character, she is iconic, she sings, her movie is successful, she would bring something new to the table, etc. I personally don't have much issues with her joining the lineup.
What I think of her character?
She is a really fun and interesting character. I 爱情 how she wants to live in a world of her own, I can relate to that. I think it's endearing how she wants all 图书 to contain pictures only. She finds most pleasure in the 幻想 world she created. I also 爱情 her polite, well-spoken, know-it-all attitude. If she were a DP, she would rank 4th on my 收藏夹 列表 and 9th on my prettiest list. She has nice features but I don't think much of her looks.
Wendy
What I think of her joining the lineup?
Again, let's not point out the obvious. Why should she become a DP? She doesn't even sing, nor is she the protagonist of her movie. I don't think being a Princess is that important but she literally is just a normal girl in her movie, not anyone special lol.
What I think of her character?
She is definitely the most likeable female character in Peter Pan to me. All the other girls are such b*tches, except for Tiger Lily. I like how she doesn't want to grow up but realizes that she has to and accepts it. Whether 你 think they are a couple 或者 not, I like her relationship with Peter Pan, that sequel ending made me cry. If she were a DP, she would rank 7th on my 收藏夹 列表 and 9th on my prettiest list. Just like Alice, I think she is pretty but not beautiful.
Although, I think the lineup is getting a little crowded, I don't feel the need to add any of these heroines as the lineup is diverse enough and we actually do 显示 our appreciation to these lovely heroines. They do not need to be in the lineup only to get ignored on merchandise just like Pocahontas and Mulan.
