67. 'The Mob Song'- Beauty and the Beast


Yet again, another Beauty and the Beast song has left the coutdown.. what a surprise. I'm not saying this song is amazing 或者 even particularly good, I admit it's not one of my favourties but I do think that it deserves to stay in the countdown 更多 than some other songs that are left.

The song is about Gaston and a group of villagers making their way through the woods to kill the beast. It received 16% of the vote

The fact that the song is violent and is about killing one of the main and much loved characters, may have something to do with its low rating 或者 it may just be that people prefer the other songs left in the countdown.

66. 'Human Again'- Beauty and the Beast


Another beauty and the beast song...

The song is when all of the 着魔 objects are in the 城堡 唱歌 about how they can't wait to be human again and all the things they will do when they are. It received 22% of the vote

Although I have ranted about how it's annoying that all the beauty and the beast songs are leaving so early, I do agree with this one leaving. In my opinion, its an alright song but it's not special and it serves no purpose in the movie. Whenever it comes to this part of the movie it feels like they just threw in another song just to pad it out a little and it is, 由 far, my least favourite beauty and the beast song. Although I don't really rate the song, I don't mind the bit in the movie because some of the objects are quite cute/funny.

This song is where Chef Louis is in the 厨房 making 晚餐 for Prince Eric and Ariel when she has just arrived in the castle. It is basically about how he loves fish. It received 20% of the vote

This is the first Little Mermaid song to leave the countdown and it's not really that surprising. I don't really class this as a proper song in the movie so I'm glad it didn't go far in the countdown. The song is also considered quite annoying and pointless.

64. 'Daughters of Triton'- The Little Mermaid


This song is towards the beginning of the movie and is where Ariel's sisters are 唱歌 and introducing her to the kingdom and Ariel does not 显示 up. It received 21% of the vote

This is another insignificant song, imo. I feel that it's only significance is to 显示 off Ariel's sisters and the fact that Ariel is a 'rebel' and forgetful because she wants adventure.. but it's boring and too short to be considered a song.

63.'The Virginia Company'- Pocahontas


The song is at the beginning of Pocahontas and is basically a background to the English men going away to Virginia to find 金牌 and bring it back to England. It received 36% of the vote

I'm pleased this song left when it did because it's not awful but it's not in any way a good song. It just plays as a background song in my opinion and opens the film fairly well but doesn't really have any significance. It is also considered boring.

62. 'Gaston reprise'- Beauty and the Beast


The song is just after Maurice tells the whole pub about the beast capturing Belle and is about how how Gaston has got a plan of how to get Belle to marry him. It received 28% of the vote

I'm surprised and confused why Gaston left yet this stayed quite a bit longer. I actually really like the song Gaston and I suppose I like the reprise too but it's quite short and basically just the same song with an interruption in the middle.

This song is all about Ratcliffe. It received joint 134 of the vote and then 60% of the vote in the tiebreaker

I personally hate this song and am glad that it has finally left. I dislike the character Ratcliffe, I find him the most pathetic Villain and he just annoys me.

This song is the part of the film where the mice are making a dress for 灰姑娘 because she is too busy with all her other chores. It receieved 17% of the vote

This song really really annoys me, the voices of the mice are SO annoying that I hate watching this scene in the movie. But, although I don't like it, I see its potential to be quite cute and sweet because 你 can tell their 爱情 for 灰姑娘 throughout the scene and their want and need to please her :)

To be honest, I've never actually properly heard this song so I don't have much to say about it. I've seen the film, but I don't remember the song at all, probably because it's in the credits so I'm pleased that it has left the countdown.
It received joint 19% of the vote and 65% of the vote in the decider.

I agree with most of the 评论 about this song, although I 爱情 the song the version that Pocahontas sings is better 由 far. Since it would be silly to have two different versions of the same song make it far in the countdown, I'm glad this one is leaving now.

I'm really upset that this song left so soon as its one of my personal favourites. I 爱情 the meaning behind it and the scene in the film is just beautiful. I can't really think/see of any reasons that people would dislike it other than that they may find it a bit slow/boring.
