Why is 着魔 such an unpopular 迪士尼 princess movie?

Well, to start, it's not a 迪士尼 Princess movie. It was suppose to be, yes, but 迪士尼 decided not to included it in the DP movie list.

Part of the reason is because it's mostly live action, but the main reason is because 迪士尼 didn't want to pay for lifelong rights to Amy Adams' image.

《冰雪奇缘》 was also suppose to join, but because it got so popular, it hasn't really. Moana is suppose to be a DP movie but we'll have to see how well it does first.

As to answer why 着魔 itself is unpopular. I think it might have to do with advertising. If 你 don't 做广告 then not a lot of people are going to hear about the movie. And if they don't hear about it, well....

But 着魔 is getting a sequel, so it looks like it was pretty 流行的 in some way.

I disliked the movie because there weren't many things that made it unique. To me, it just felt like a live action version of Snow White with a comical twist. If not for the comedy, I probably wouldn't have finished the movie.

Its not unpopular. Just because its not a 迪士尼 princess movie doesn't mean its unpopular. 着魔 is a wonderful movie and is 流行的 and called one of the most underrated 迪士尼 princesses 由 many people. It is somewhat underrated and unpopular 由 迪士尼 itself, though.
