粉丝 of the 月 is basically a recognition that one 粉丝 gets per month. This also comes along with an interview.
To become 粉丝 of the Month, 你 have to be nominated in the forum, and then 粉丝 will vote for the 粉丝 that dedicated their time and contributed most to the site for that particular month.
Are we still doing that? One just had to contribute a lot to the spot, someone made a poll, and people voted for who they thought did the most for this spot. (or in one case, who they liked the most)
