Elena is fierce. She's human, and essentially the weakest of the group, but she fights like a trooper and would do anything to protect those she loves, including (but not limited to) putting herself in harm's way. She deserves fans' 爱情 and admiration, not their censure and hatred! I think a big part of it is jealousy anyway - because she has Stefan and Damon, as well as others, totally ga-ga over her. Jealousy is an ugly emotion, especially when it manifests itself over the internet!
Not my words, but they may as well been. A lot of people assume Delena 粉丝 only like them because of Damon....
