I don´t see where is her love supposed to be THAT big? Just bacause she always says it. But her actions do speak the truth. I think that now she thinks that she loves Damon only as friend she cares about him that much, I think she will love him even more then Stefan, I hope so, because I really think that Elena doesn´t love Stefan that much like she always says.
