So Christmas, to me, is a very strange thing. In past years, the excitement has dimmed, the spirit-- though still present-- has become repetitive, and the gifts-- both giving and receiving-- receive 更多 and 更多 disappointed reactions. Basically, it has been slowly, but steadily losing its flavor. And while, a few years ago, I watched Taylor Momsen sing away in the new Grinch movie and wondered the same thing she did, my ending wasn't as cathartic as hers.

♥How to say Merry 圣诞节 in Greek♥

If 你 want to wish "Merry Christmas" to someone in Greece, then 你 should say: Kala Hristouyienna.

If 你 want to wish "Happy New 年 " to someone in Greece, then 你 should say: Kali Hronia.

For "Happy New 年 Day" in Greek 你 should say "Kali Protohronia".

If your friend is called Manolis 或者 Hristos, his nameday is on December 25 (Christmas day). Wish him "Hronia Polla" (Many Happy Returns) for his nameday.

The same applies if your friend is called Vassilis, Yiannis 或者 Fotis. Vassilis nameday is on January 1, Fotis' nameday is on January 6, Yiannis' nameday is on January 7.

During 圣诞节 holiday period, which lasts from December 24 until January 6, plus a couple of weeks past that, it is a custom in Greece to wish "Hronia Polla" to the people 你 meet. Why I hate the song "Do They Know It's Christmas?"

In 1984, a group of well-intentioned musicians got together to form the charity group Band Aid to raise money for famine in Ethiopia with their release of the super 流行的 song, "Do They Know It's Christmas?" On the surface, to hear someone claim to "hate" such a song makes that person seem like a complete and total Grinch. How could 你 hate a song that raised money for famine victims, 或者 brought awareness to the plight in Ethiopia? Right?

Okay,first of all,this isn't what u might think.And 你 might've played it before.I'm gonna get to the point.
Dirty 圣诞节 is a game 你 and your family can play on Christmas.Everyone brings a mystery gift(it can be funny 或者 normal).You draw numbers out of a bowl,cup,or hat,something like that.The person with the lowest number goes first.TRhey pick a present,and unwrap it.That is what they keep.BUT,someone with a higher number can steal it,then the person it was stolen from gets another present.Youkeep going until everyone has a present.
My family plays it in different groups;Adults,teens,and little kids.Above is the way the teens and adults play.
The kids play in a different way.They get in a circle,and go around grabbing presents until they are all gone.No one can steal anything.
It's a really fun game,and I say 你 and your family should try it.

Christmas is Coming!

Hi guys, I would like to write some of my favourite 圣诞节 Activities here as I am feeling the 圣诞节 blue already!

1) Carolling

I absolutely 爱情 to sing, despite that I'm a very shy person, I 爱情 to do it for the charity and pleasure of cheering people up!

2) Shopping

I had always 爱情 this, and 2 years 以前 I bought a t-shirt from Esprit for my 钢琴 teacher and for myself. I'm very blessed to have it as of today!

3) Church 圣诞节 Services

To be honest, I have an annoying habit to wake up late lately to go to Church and I hope that I do not have to do it especially on 圣诞节 day. Please pray for me! I 爱情 to see all of my new friends.

4) 圣诞节 Lights

I 爱情 taking 照片 with my Nikon DSLR Camera, and I would go down to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to snap 照片 of 圣诞节 lights of I'm lucky enough!

I 爱情 Christmas, it is one of my 最喜爱的 holidays ever. Even though it was 更多 exciting when I was a child 或者 even a teenager. But I grew up and my sister who is 7 years younger than me, she's 25, I don't see her as much, even on holidays as she lives with her boyfriend of a year. Plus her job as a VJ at our local radio station takes up a lot of her time. Easy To Make 棉花糖 Snowmen ☃️☃️

你 Will Need ☃️

Bag of marshmallows (large)
Bag of marshmallows (small)
鸡尾酒 sticks/tooth picks
Liquorice strips any flavour
食物 colouring for piping
Edible piping glue
Pkt 水果 pastels

Method

Skew together two large marshmallows for head and body 或者 one large for body and one small for the head with 鸡尾酒 sticks.Skew the arms in the same way then add to the body.

Pipe on face with 食物 colouring.
Glue on liquorice strip for a scarf.
Glue on 水果 pastel for the hat.

Leave to set.

你 can give him a 糖果 cane if 你 wish ☃️

The Perfect 圣诞节 Oratorios

Quite a pleasant tune to listen to.

Since I had done with my favourite 圣诞节 films, now it's the famous Oratorios composed 由 famous classical composers.

1) The Messiah 由 George Frederick Handel

This oratorio premiered in Dublin, Ireland and it's the first oratorio to be performed in English. Which was unusual at that time.

2) Alexander's Feast 由 George Frederick Handel

Although this oratorio is link to Alexander the Great, it's 音乐 sounds very 圣诞节 oriented and it is highly recommend for both 圣诞节 and Handel 粉丝 alike!

3) St. John's Passion 由 Johann Sebastian Bach

It's dramatic 音乐 will not only celebrate...

If a link is to be believed, most of us 潮流粉丝俱乐部 users live in cities 或者 their suburbs. For those of us who do, I issue another challenge, but this time it's not designing your own game 或者写作 poetry.
