Sweden and the name of the group is called Caramell. Yes they sing in Swedish but some people seem to get that confused with Japanese for some odd reason -_-'

Because, all of the weeaboo types that watch the Caramelldansen 视频 think that just becasue the video has 日本动漫 characters in it, that means the song is japanese too.
im not certain but the 日本动漫 characters dancing has nothing to do with the song. the song is either german, spanish 或者 swedish (sorry i can't remember which) and the dance is japanese
