Anthony, And The Important Passenger
August 20, 1956
Hawkeye was sitting with Stylo at a bench. Both ponies were waiting for a train to arrive, so that they could drive it. However, Hawkeye had a guitar, and was playing Hound Dog, 由 Elvis Presley.
Hawkeye: *Playing guitar, and singing* 你 ain't nothing but a hound dog, just crying all the time.
Stylo: *Glaring at Hawkeye*
Hawkeye: *Playing guitar, and singing* 你 ain't nothing but a hound dog, just crying all the time.
Stylo: Pierce.
Hawkeye: Well, 你 ain't never caught a rabbit, and 你 ain't no friend mine.
Stylo: 嘿 Hawk.
Hawkeye: Hold on, I'm getting to the best part of the song. *Continues to play guitar, and sing* Well they 说 你 was high class, but that was just a lie.
Stylo: PIERCE!!
Hawkeye: *Stops playing, and stares at Stylo* Jeez, what's gotten into you?
Stylo: Two things. One, that annoying song, and two, why do 你 have a guitar, when we're supposed to be driving a train within... *Checks watch* Four minutes?
Hawkeye: I figured it would be a good way to entertain us while we wait.
Stylo: Well entertain me some other way, I'm not feeling well.
Hawkeye: How about a story? That always cheers everypony up.
Stylo: Fine.
Hawkeye: Okay, so on Nikki's railway, she works with two stallions. Anthony, and Roger. Roger is a blue version of Gordon, and Anthony is the complete opposite of Roger.
Stylo: How is that possible?
Hawkeye: I don't know, ask Nikki. She's the one that told me the story. Anyway, here's what happened.
But before Hawkeye could start the story, the horn of a nearby train could be heard.
Stylo: *Looks to the left* That's our train. Let's get ready.
Hawkeye: Okay, I'll tell 你 the story when we get onboard. *Putting 吉他 in case* Hey, 你 know what really surprised me?
Stylo: What?
Hawkeye: We just had our very first argument. After being 老友记 for three years, we finally found something to be angry at each other for.
Stylo: Yeah. Just don't play that song when we get on the train.
Hawkeye: Okay, I promise. Can I at least play Long Tall Sally 由 Little Richie?
Stylo: No!
As Hawkeye, and Stylo were driving the train out of Cheyenne, Hawkeye was able to continue the story.
Hawkeye: Alright, so as I was saying, this 小马 named Anthony on Nikki's line was tricked 由 Coffee Creme.
Stylo: Frenchy tricked someone?
Hawkeye: Yeah. But before I get to that, let's go over some things.
Hawkeye is narrating.
Roger was told to take a freight train out of Chicagoat, but he didn't want the job, and crashed his engines into a wall.
His boss talked to him, and told him to behave, 或者 else he would be fired. Now, he has to work in the yards, and Anthony was going to take over Roger's job. This made the green stallion excited.
So far, there was nothing to be done in the yards, so Nikki, and Roger were sitting with Anthony on the station.
Anthony: I can't wait to take this train. I must go to North Platte Neighbraska, and when I get there, I'll come back.
Roger: Anypony would think that he'd want to work.
Nikki: All good ponies do.
Engineer: *Drives train into station*
Anthony: Well, this is it.
Nikki: Good luck Anthony.
Anthony: I got it. *Walks onto train*
Passengers: *Getting off train*
Other Passengers: *Getting on train*
Conductor: All aboard.
Anthony: *Rings 钟, 贝尔 on engine, blows horn twice, then drives out of station*
Nikki: Well, now that he's gone, what do 你 want to do?
Roger: Do 你 like playing Poker?
Nikki: Nah, the only card game that involves gambling that I like to play is Black Jack.
Roger: Fine with me. I'm pretty good at that game.
Nikki: But I'm better.
Michael: *Arrives* Why aren't 你 two in the yards?
Nikki: No trains arrived there yet. Wanna play Black Jack?
Michael: Oh, why not? I finished my work, so I might as well play before I get 更多 work.
Meanwhile with Anthony, he was doing good with his work, but ended up 7 秒 late at Cheyenne. He had to make a station stop to drop off some passengers for Coffee Creme, who was going to Denver.
Coffee Creme: *Opens window in cab, and throws coal into Anthony's engine*
Anthony: *Flinches, as he nearly gets hit 由 coal*
Coffee Creme: This is unacceptable. If you're late again, I will leave without your passengers. *Drives train*
Anthony: Ah, forget her. *Looks at coal* Wait a minute, 你 left some coal behind!
Coffee Creme: *Blows whistle*
Anthony: Ah, she didn't hear me. Whatever, I can throw this at her if I ever see her again.
Hawkeye continued telling the story of Anthony to Stylo as they were getting their train towards the station of North Platte.
Stylo: Okay, so 你 说 that Coffee Creme was going to trick Anthony. What exactly did she do?
Hawkeye: You'll find out, but first we get to the scene where Anthony continues on to North Platte, after meeting Frenchy for the first time. He sings a song.
Stylo: Let me guess, Hound Dog.
Hawkeye: Yep.
Stylo: Don't sing it Hawk, please!
Hawkeye: Okay. I'll just tell the readers about it instead of you. *Knocks out Stylo* Now then.
Hawkeye is narrating.
Anthony continued on to North Platte, but he wanted to sing a song.
Anthony: *Grabs record player* Since I'm the only 小马 driving this train, no one will hear me. *Puts record in record player*

Anthony: Yeah. What are 你 doing?
Conductor: Me, and the passengers are going to the 爽快, 茶点 mare.
Anthony: The 爽快, 茶点 mare?
Conductor: Yeah, that green mare with the black mane. She comes from Cheyenne to run her 商店 here, and gets on this train to return to Cheyenne.
Anthony: Okay, I see. Look, let me get back to work, alright?
Conductor: Yeah, sure. *Walks to 爽快, 茶点 stand* Can I have one hot dog, and a 樱桃 cola?
爽快, 茶点 Mare: Certainly.
Conductor: Our train leaves in three minutes. *Gives dollar to 爽快, 茶点 mare* Keep the change.
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *Gives hot dog, and 樱桃 cola to conductor* Thank you.
Anthony got his two engines on the other side of the train, and was waiting to go.
Anthony: *Looks in rearview mirror* Come on hurry up. It would be bad if we were late, and Coffee Creme left without us.
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *Packing up*
Anthony: *Hears words* Did the conductor say All Aboard?
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *About to get on train*
Anthony: I don't wanna risk being late, I have to go. *Drives train*
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *Can't get on train*
Nearby Ponies: Stop, stop, stop. 你 left a passenger behind.
Anthony: *Stops train* No! Now we're going to be late.
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *Gets on train*
Anthony: *Drives train*
Anthony drove the train as fast as he could, and got it into Cheyenne 分钟 early.
Coffee Creme: *Waiting at platform*
Anthony: *Stops train 下一个 to Coffee Creme* Haha, take that!
Coffee Creme: Not bad.
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *Pulls Anthony out of engine* What do 你 mean by-a leaving me-a behind-a?
Anthony: I'm sorry, but I thought we had all of our passengers. Coffee Creme 说 that if I was late, she would leave without taking my passengers.
爽快, 茶点 Mare: *Laughing* 你 silly stallion. Coffee Creme was teasing you. She would never leave without your passengers.
Anthony: Well! Where's that french unicorn?
But she already left. Anthony saw her leave, and he couldn't give her a piece of his mind.
