Brooke laughs at him, thinking this is some kind of joke, but when he says nothing in return she panics a bit.

"You ARE joking, right?"
"No, Brooke, I'm not joking. I know this seems crazy, but I 爱情 你 and i regret ever letting 你 go. These past few months... spending time with 你 & Angie, being reminded of how amazing 你 are, it sparked something in me. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want us to have our two boys and a girl!"

She says nothing, slowly digesting it all.

"So what do 你 say pretty girl, will 你 come to Vegas and marry me?"
"Are 你 fucking kidding me?! What kind of idiot proposes to a girl on the damn phone?! 你 infuriate me Lucas Scott! Ughhhhh!"

The only sound Lucas hears after that is the click of Brooke hanging up on him.

Brooke opens the door and is surprised to see a bouquet of red 玫瑰 at her door. She picks them up and reads the card attached. "Pretty Girl, I'm sorry i was such an idiot. Of course proposing over the phone wasn't the proper way to do it. Turn around."

"Turn around, what?" She mumbles confusedly, but slowly turns, letting out a gasp when she sees Lucas down on one knee.

"Brooke Penelope Davis, we have been through so much together. Good times and bad times, yet through it all I can always count on 你 to be there for me, always supporting me when i need 你 to. I once told 你 that 你 were going to change the world someday, and 你 have... You've changed MY world, and everyday I'm thankful for that."

"Luke..."

"Okay," she nods "Go ahead."
