I need help!!!!

Have 你 recently started menstruating? If so, it does take a while before your body settles into a regular cycle. Are 你 very physically active? That will also influence how regular your cycle is. Are 你 eating enough? I skipped my period for months every time I 迷失 too much weight. Finally, are 你 stressed out right now?

I have to admit, I've never heard that being sexually active stops your period, aside from pregnancy. So I guess that self-pleasuring shouldn't prevent 你 from getting your period.
