The plot is really interesting, 你 get to know Katara better. Through Haru, 你 get to understand 更多 how much Katara's mother's death pains her, because Haru (sort of.) 迷失 his father. It really shows how interesting Katara is 由 the end of the episode, when she gives her speech on how to remain hopeful, and not to give up easily.
