what is the episode that katara blood bends?

i was waching an episode of 阿凡达 and then i saw that blood bending wasnt made up.i was taking a sip of water when i hered "congradulations katara,your a blood bender."i nearly choked when i hered that she actualy did it.i only got to see a little bit of that episode so i want to know the name of it so i can see whatelse happened.

Water benders can only blood bend during a full moon when their powers are greatest. They basically bend the liquid in your blood so they can make 你 do whatever they want. And she's worried because once 你 know something 你 can't unknow it and it will always be a temptation.

why would she be in the 秒 book? we didnt see her till the 3rd. makes no sense. and katara needs some 爱情 in her life, i like jet
