I definitely think he still loves her, they have amazing chemistry. However since he took the lonely route of being a vigilante, he's shut himself off from everything he loves in order to protect them. As well, he's aware of how he hurt 月桂树 when he cheated on her and he feels like he doesn't deserve her and that she deserves more. There is always hope for them, but only if he lets people get close to him.
