I've never made one but when I tried to figure out how a website said:
你 need to download specific things, and In order to get the 日本动漫 clips 你 need to take a DVD of the 日本动漫 and burn the disc into your computer. 你 now have the clips. Then (I think) 你 go into ITunes and pick a song 你 would want to use.
If 你 have all of those things 你 can then do your own research and put your video in pieces and build it together ~
你 can download the clips of your fav anime. From which ever website. Get the song 你 want. download. 你 can 你 sony vegas that 你 can download for free. ( Thats what most people on youtobe use.I'm not about to get into that tho. ) 或者 你 can use some other thing to add effects. 或者 just use simple wmm. Which 你 do have on your computer. It's 更多 difficult than it looks, but it depends. for a newperson.
There are quite a few programs 你 could download, but none for free (unless you're good at that kind of thing) so if 你 have windows, 你 should have a pre-installed program called windows movie maker. With that all 你 need to have is the downloaded 视频 (try googling where 你 can download them for free) and editing them to 音乐 in the program. If 你 don't have the song already, I would try to convert the song from a youtobe video to mp3 (again, just 谷歌 it.)

I've never made one but currently I'm trying to 编辑 one from a friend to make it my own and the program I'm using is Windows Movie Maker not easy with this program (bit of a pain sometimes) and the program automatically came with my computer so I can't tell 你 where 或者 how to get it.
But some people on 你 Tube say in the 描述 what program they used for the making of their AMV.
I downloaded some episodes in mp4 format. Then, I went into Windows Live Movie Maker and used a bunch of different effects and animations. Movie Maker isnt the best program, but its a start.
