What would 你 do when someone criticize 你 about watching 日本动漫 或者 阅读 manga?

If I recall "friends" DO NOT criticize what their 老友记 watch,friends are supposed to support 你 through good 或者 bad,but they absolutely should not criticize what 你 watch! Real 老友记 respect their friends' personal interests and they do not make fun of them.How I would handle this is I would tell them "anime is made for people of ALL ages (well it is!),and real 老友记 WOULD NOT criticize me based on one little difference,AND just because 你 guys don't like it,doesn't mean 你 should make me stop watching and liking it!" and as I 说 before 老友记 shouldn't criticize 你 because of one difference! 老友记 RESPECT 你 FOR YOU,real 老友记 don't ask 你 to change just because 你 like certain things they don't! hopefully I helped in some way!^^

Me: Yes, I do, and I'll appreciate it if 你 don't criticize it 或者 anything, because if 你 don't like it, why don't 你 keep that to yourself? Everyone has their own opinions. Yours isn't the only one that matters, 你 know.

Me: *mutters* Good riddance...

Well, yeah; that's what I'd say, but if they ARE your friends, they wouldn't criticize 你 in the first place!

tell them that they are just jealous about how happy u r 阅读 日本漫画 或者 watching 日本动漫 and that they miss doing it too, ok :)

My answer would vary depending on what the friend/stranger would say. For example...

friend/stranger: Why do 你 read manga? Its stupid.
me: YOURE STUPID, WHORE. D<

Or...

friend/stranger: Whatcha doin'?
me: watchin anime...
friend/stranger: whhyyy?? its kinda lame...
me: OHMIGAWD. GET OUTA MY SIGHT 你 WHORE. You're lame. D<

Okay, so maybe it wont really change all that much...
Long story short, don't criticize me 或者 what I do. 或者 a long 列表 of cursing and insults will be screamed at you. 更多 than likely in Japanese.

你 have every right to enjoy things that make 你 happy. If these people were your 老友记 then they would want 你 to do these things. 由 saying this is childish then really they do not understand all there is to know about anime. There are childish 日本动漫 but there are also very thrilling adult oriented categories. I am twenty five female and 爱情 日本动漫 and manga. I respect it's field as an artist as well as a story writer. Just like with anything though 你 have good and bad things. If I was brought up with this accusation, which I have been before, I just turn to the person and say "well this makes me happy do 你 not want me to be happy?" That always seems to dumb found people. They don't have to see your way 或者 anything but really they should respect your decisions and be good friends.

I say 你 can thik what 你 want and say what 你 want but it's your opinion, but this is my life I can watch what ever I want and 你 can't change that.

I'm a girl, so girls criticize me for 阅读 too much violent/shonen manga. Guys criticize me for 阅读 whatever 日本漫画 they don't like. So here's how it goes:

Girl classmate: Hey, are 你 阅读 Bleach again?
Me: Yeah
Girl: 你 know, that's really violent. I guess 你 really are a guy after all. (Stays away from me)

Guy classmate: Hey, what are 你 reading?
Me: Bleach
Guy: Lame! That was so last 2 months!!

So yeah...

I'M 22 yrs old, will turn 23 in a month's time...
i started watching 日本动漫 "unknowingly" at the age of 5... it was Captain Tsubasa dubbed in Arabic. lol! i didn't understand it, but i loved watching it. i reconnected with 日本动漫 at the age of 11, started watching Rurouni Kenshin, dubbed in English. then at the age of 14, I KNEW that what i had grown up watching and loved for so long was ANIME.
i've been watching ever since.
people didn't understand my obsession with it. why i watched, why i NEEDED to watch. and for a long time, i tried to explain it to them. i tried to get some of my 老友记 to watch too. Because EXPLAINING it was not sufficient, they would have to SEE FOR THEMSELVES and make up their minds.

that's just the thing. some people will TRY to understand, but fail. If they 爱情 you, they'll just try to respect that 你 like something that they don't.
Some people won't understand, EVER, and they'll give 你 a hard time. 你 gotta just roll with the punches in that scenario. It doesn't matter what anyone else says, 或者 thinks. What matters is, DO 你 LIKE WATCHING ANIME? IS IT IMPORTANT TO YOU? it shouldn't matter if others get it 或者 not. If 你 like it, and 你 enjoy it, the rest is just irrelevant. :)
