A lot are nice. Heck in the A&O movies most are portrayed as good. If it weren't for the rangers who tranquilized Kate and Humphrey, they wouldn't fallen in love and if Max hadn't helped in the second movie them and their pups, the family would have died.

I have to say the last comment was right too me.......all humans are not bad that is correct but you know what they say one bad apple spoils the bunch
