Ch. 3 Living in The Plains

POV: James

I woke up in a strange way. I had a dream of my life-hood. To when I was born, parent death, the escape and now.
I stood up and walk around. The pain kick in and i went to my knees. "Agh!" I cried. I saw Henry with a dead deer. "Morning. Here 食物 for a couple of week."
"Or days."
He just laughs and cut the deer open. It was a buck, a young one. When I look at him, there was no blood on his 刀 then I look at the mouth. It was like lip gloss on his lip.
Then I look at the deer, mouth bites.
"You killed with it with your mouth."
"I try with many weapons, miss. So when it came I jump and bite him."
Then the blood of the deer came to me. Then I remember, my hole 由 the side in my body.
It was cover 由 blood, the whole cloth. I try to stand up then went to my knee again.
"Take it easy. I need to make it heel a little."
"Fuck." I 说 in a nervous way. "Now?"
"After I cut the deer up. Take a Joint so 你 can relax a little."
I started making it. Then turn and saw henry cooking the meat. 'That was fast.' I thought.
I rolled it up and use the 火, 消防 to light it up. I smoke it and give it to Henry.
"Alright, relax and try not to make it difficult." He unroll my bandages. I hold the pain and let the tears out
"Wow! That a big one. Ok I'm gonna check it out." He put a plastic 手套 in his hand and counted up. "1...2...thr..."
"Wait! Let me smoke one." I 说
He handed the joint and smoke it. I put it down.
"3!" He put his hand in my hole "AHHH! FUCKING GOD DAMN IT!"
He took pieces of metal out. A lot of blood was poring on my body.
I felt dizzy and then he gave me water to drink and use it on me.
He poured the water and the pain was unreal. I try to hold it but I howl because of the pain. He cover my mouth. My blood on his hand was on me. Then wrapped a new, dry bandage and told me why I shouldn't howl.
"Its gonna take 2-5 Days to heal" he said. I smoke the joint and laid down. Then I hear stomped coming.
"Fuck! It the Guar..." It wasn't the guard it was Katie the Princess.
"Hey guys."
"Hey..." I 说 she took the joint and instead of smashing it, she smoke it.
"Damn it..." She said. She coughs hard and went back to talking us. "The Kings announce your dead, I was sad that I 迷失 both of you. You're my bro, so I went over here and saw 你 guys. So I..." She pause for a minute.
"Well..." Henry Said. She took another smoke and continue. "I want to live with 你 guys now."
I gasp a little. Henry wasn't happy.
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because we are on our own. We don't need people following us."
"Come on Henry." I said
"NO! She can snitch us out."
"I won't and I promise! I'll do my best and won't 你 guys go to jail. I'm the princess and I can set 你 free."
Henry thought for a minute.
"I say yes." I 说 then he made weird faces until he 说 words. He sigh.
"Yes. 你 can be like us. BUT! 你 will be ordered 由 us. Understand." She shook her head.
"Good." Then we went back to what we were doing.
"Hey James?" Katie Said
"Yea."
"Is tomorrow April 17?"
"Yea..."
"Its your Birthday tomorrow."
I totally forgot tomorrow is my 20 birthday. But I didn't care at all.
