I got this from another forum (some place... Lol). Basically, you bang your head on your keyboard and attempt to make a new word. If you don't want to bang your head on it, don't want to kill your keyboard, or if you just are on some kind of mobile device, use your hands to type randomly with your eyes closed. So yea.
