How did I get a Medal and a dedication (Green)?

There are two ways

Hard Work : Post alooooot of 图片 , 文章 , 上传 视频 , 链接 , create 民意调查 and wait for people to like 或者 粉丝 your stuff ( 你 may get a little old waiting )

Other way is called

Bad 屁股 : Post little but make aloooot of people 粉丝 your stuff ( 你 will surely get a medal within a week )

你 contributed a lot to the spot and people liked it

I believe 潮流粉丝俱乐部 chose to keep the exact way to earn medals, but the most 流行的 way it to contribute alot and get lots of people to 粉丝 your contributions.

I personally believe the medal system is screwed (I've seen 老友记 get die-hard 奖章 in 俱乐部 they can testify they've never contributed to), but 你 might as well give it a shot.
