What type of permit? Driving, flying, owning a gun?

Was planning on learning how to drive this summer but I got kind of bad grades >.>

on the driving test i had to redo it about 6 to 8 times because i kept stopping at mcdonalds and the lady got really annoyed .


and then once i accidentally , might of , raced this one guy who was the same age as me , 嘿 we were on the streets and he was the one who eyed me for a race .
