well i kinda started out after the bones epi where Booth got shot. bones had a connection with cuddy (maybe)so she brought booth to PPTH.....i wanted it to be Huddy and BB.... idk

hmm.......Bones's could end up as cuddy's sister or maybe her cousin or something like that. then if you do make bones cuddy's sister, house could have a crush on her, makeing cuddy jealous, and from there huddy could start happening!

This was the first thing that popped into my head! Its not that great but its one idea XD

I'd be interesting if Bones and House knew each other -maybe from some scientific convention, or better, if he approached her because he's a fan of her books! That way she could ask him to take on Booth's case. But then, it has to be more than just bullet wounds House is treating him for. Booth could develop some weird, life-threatening disease too...
You could also have House ask Bones for consult on one of his cases.

I think it'd make more sense to set the story at PPTH if you're going for Huddy as well, because I don't see how you could justify Cuddy going to the Jeffersonian and/or FBI headquarters...

wat about... bones gets a case that is closely related to ppth invloving a victim that house just recently treated in his original brilliant ways. bones suddenly gets sick ( like awsome house-liky sick) and is sent to ppth to be treated, and eventually her docter ends up to be House!!! but of course typically of temperance she denies it untill she has a very serious symtom, and booth doesnt let her go anywhere! in the mean while booth must question both house and his team, including cuddy, (and for me just sneek in wilson somehow into the whole mess)
