I hate to ask this but.....

Can somebody resize this image to 2048 pixels wide and 1152 pixels tall? The image is this one here. It's for my youtobe account, Mariosonic9000. I cannot do it myself. I have tried Microsoft Paint and it will not work. Please help. It would be appreciated
