YT

I don't uderstand it. YT deleted my video and gave me one strike. I 发布 new video this Sunday and it showed that it's blocked cuz of 音乐 或者 what and then I send to YT that it's OK and 下一个 日 the deleted it. I wrote them something to make it up again but I already did this 2 times and it took them about a 月 till it was up again and I don't wanna wait so long. What should I do ? This is the video url:
