No, there isn't according to wikipedias site. Thr 作者 has also 说 that he was not planning to make it a 日本动漫 either, Yotsubato isn't that type of 日本漫画 that would look good on anime, it would lind of ruin the atmosphere. :<
Thats at least what the 作者 think, but i think it would be cute as a anime.
