Kandrakar Well, actually, I don't think she can breathe in actual water, since she needs air to, but she can somehow create a bubble or sommat that will help her survive underwater. In G is for Garbage, remember that big water guy she created, she was inside that, so she can, somehow, live with water all around her. Plus, in that picture, she's ABOVE water, meaning she's around air!
