There are several superhero films that are beloved 由 critics, audiences and comics fans. However, there are a lot of superhero films that have gained an infamous reputation. There are a good number of superhero films that received unwarranted hate, so I'd like to defend some superhero films.

超人 3 and 超人 4: The Quest for Peace

Christopher Reeve is often considered to be the definitive Superman, so it might come as a surprise that his 3rd and 4th films were hated 由 critics. 超人 3 and 4 are campier and sillier than the 前一个 two films, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. In an age where superhero films are so serious and complicated, there's something admirable about the good-hearted and easygoing nature of these classic 超人 films. Also, these films capture Superman's inspiring sense of morality a lot better than a lot of modern stories.

Supergirl and Steel

Supergirl and Steel are 超人 characters that both got their own film. Sadly, both of these films were panned 由 critics and fans. Both Supergirl and Steel are corny films, but that's part of their charm. They're upbeat films that are enjoyable to watch. Supergirl and Steel might not be as compelling as Superman, but both characters have their own brand of charisma that should be appreciated.

蝙蝠侠 Forever and 蝙蝠侠 and Robin

Joel Schumacher's 蝙蝠侠 films often get mocked for being 更多 like the campy 60's 显示 than the darker versions of Batman. As a passionate 粉丝 of the 60's show, I appreciate Joel Schumacher's light, fun take on Batman. His two 蝙蝠侠 films are very entertaining, upbeat and colorful. The campy villains add a lot of charm and fun that are missing in modern 蝙蝠侠 films. Joel Schumacher was a very underrated director who added a lot of 心 to the 蝙蝠侠 franchise.

超人 Returns

超人 Returns was a film that was liked 由 critics when it first came out. However, as time has gone on, people have accused this film of being a boring failure. I can't agree with that. 超人 Returns is a very nostalgic, heartfelt tribute to Christopher Reeve's era of Superman. The classic 音乐 is brought back. Also, Marlon Brando's Jor-El makes a welcomed final appearance. This film painted 超人 as a very human character. Like humans, he occasionally makes mistakes, but he still manages to be a selfless symbol of hope for the world.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

The most 流行的 character in the X-Men franchise was Wolverine, so giving him his own film seemed like a good idea. However, the film was hated 由 critics and fans. At first, I didn't particularly care for the film, but it's a film that's grown on me. As always, Hugh Jackman's great as Wolverine. It's an entertaining, fun action film that does a good job of 展示 off why Wolverine's such a special character.

New Mutants

After suffering through years of delays, New Mutants developed an infamous reputation. After the film finally came out, it was made fun of. I usually don't like films with horror elements, but this film managed to work for me. The main characters are a charming group of flawed characters. Anya Taylor-Joy and Maisie Williams give great performances. Also, the film's inclusion of a lesbian couple is very appreciated. A film that's this progressive deserves 更多 love.

The Eternals

The Eternals was a film that was very divisive amongst fans. Personally, I think it's one of Marvel's better films. The Eternals features a large cast of interesting, unique superheroes. The strong cast, which includes Angelina Jolie and two Game of Thrones actors, add a lot to this film. Also, the visuals in this film are beautiful. The costumes and sets are stunning. Also, the film has good female empowerment and gay representation.
