the 日本漫画 actually resembles the 日本动漫 well. the good thing about the 日本漫画 is that after 你 have watched the anime, it actually picks up from there. so now that 你 were stuck wondering what happened because yuki left and is now a vampire, the 日本漫画 continues the story. i believe that they are up to fifteen volumes currently but i can see this 日本漫画 going beyond 20 volumes, so there is still much story to go. the 日本动漫 and 日本漫画 are basically the same and as 你 know the 日本漫画 at volume 11 picks off at where the 日本动漫 stops at.

But, I guess the only thing different is that ... both the 日本动漫 and 日本漫画 have the same events but the 日本动漫 changed the order of events from the manga.

So basically,the events in the 日本漫画 and 日本动漫 happens in a different order.

Personally, the way that the producers of the 日本动漫 placed the order of events were a bit confusing. I like the mangaka's order of events better.

There are barely any differents between them. And I gotta say, the 日本漫画 is kinda better to read if u don't want to miss one single thing. Also, some things that they say are different in the manga. I think it's better to read, and it all makes sense :)

If you're a Zeki 粉丝 (Zero x Yuuki), 你 must read the 日本漫画 thoroughly as there are plenty of very cute Zeki scenes that aren't in the 日本动漫 ;3 hehe just telling you...

The main difference between the story in the 日本漫画 and in the 日本动漫 is that the 日本动漫 finishes about halfway through the manga. The 秒 difference is the last scene between Yuuki and Zero at the end of the anime. There are also some slight other scenes which were changed 或者 omitted, but those are pretty minor in comparison.
