The days past 由 very slowly, the only thing I was aloud to do was, eat, sleep and rest. I just hate staying in 床, 床上 all the time but Edward and the other family members kept a close eye one me, not because I was dangerous but because of the size of my stomach. Life was to carry on as normal. That meant I would have to go to school and take my exams. I knew I was 安全 because Edward was with me and Charlie 说 Mitchell would be constantly on look out. Plus the 狼 were helping too. So I shouldn’t be so jittery, right? But I was. Every noise scared me and any slight movement had me cowering into Edward’s protective embrace. Edward found this all amusing. Glad I made someone laugh.
The weekend I just had seemed to drag on for weeks and weeks. It felt longer than just two days. So the following week dragged on for what felt like months...

Perhaps if I had not so tightly clutched the rose, its thorns would not have pierced my flesh so deeply.

The creeping vines finally reached the branch on where I sat. They touched my cheek and gently wiped my tears away. I realized there were two options left for me: Either I sit still and ignore the pain 或者 gather enough courage and walk away. I sighed. I could not do either one.
