[TWENTY-FIVE]
    Later that day, I went down to the secret basement with Tabra and the others to train. Jerek went down to sit with Verona, and with Shropee went down to do her medicle stuff on Verona.
    "Alright, listen up." Shropee said, clapping her hands three times, drawing their attention. "Cyd and Tabra are in charge here. If 你 don't follow, well...let's just say your punishment is harsh."
    She smiled, and walked into Verona's room with Jerek tailing right behind her.
    "Okay, 你 all know about Jerek and what he did. And here is what I have to say about it: he was stupid. He took out four out of five men, and just as he thought he won, he got stabbed. And now, he can't train with us today because he didn't watch his flanks. So, he killed him and won, but almost died in the process. Many of 你 may not understand how important he is to us all. He pulls the strings, draws the plans, puts them in motion....So here is where 你 come to make a choice, will 你 train 或者 will 你 get in my way?"
    They all nodded their heads, as if saying 'we'll train with you.' I smiled.
    "Good. Train with eachother, train 由 yourselves, do whatever it takes to push yourself to the limit. The time for the fight is coming close, and as every day, every 分钟 that passes...it's just one day, and one 更多 分钟 gained for them to come in and wipe us all out. So, train, push yourself, and train somemore. Got it? Good, now go."
    They all started their training, and I turned to Tabra who was smiling. "What?"
    "You took charge. Nice." He said, patted my back, and pulled me off to the side so we could train with eachother.

    Later, after 8 full hours of training, I was exhausted, sweaty, and tired, and yet, a part of me, was engerized. I guess it just loosened my muscles, made me a bit zippy. I jumped in and out of the shower, drying off and getting dressed quickly. As I sat on the bed, drying off my hair with a towel, I thought about my dream with Haus and Vi, and thought about the ways Jerek could hurt me, as in killing me. He could physically kill me, but why would he do that? I mean, sure he's an ex member of the Death Clan of the Fallen, but he dusted Haus, and that proves he isn't evil...right? Or, it could mean he was wanting the boss position for himself. But then why would he let Tabra and I, plus the rest of the Alliance, in on all of this evil mo-jo stuff if he didn't want us to know? Again with the boss position. Besides those reasons, I don't see how Jerek can hurt me, because I highly doubt those reasons are true.
    Great, a dream based on a fifty-fifty chance of being true 或者 not, is giving me 问题 that draw up blanks for answers.
    "Hey, girl." I looked at the door to see who 说 that, and saw Shropee closing the door, twisting the lock on the knob, and leaned against the door. "How ya' holdin' up?"
    "I'm doing fine. I just...don't know if this dream is real 或者 not."
    "When I was in college, I studied the mind and how it works, and dreams was one of the chapters, and it discussed how some people can see clips of the future, weather it's the 下一个 日 或者 the 下一个 year, and see what's going on, but when they wake up, they call it a weird dream. Then, when the 日 comes with the clips from the dream, they stop and think, 或者 say, 'whoa, de ja vu.' Some people have prophecies in their dreams, and see a great premonition ahead of them. And some, see a weird dream, that holds information to the future."
    "Shropee, did 你 do anything besides everything back then?" I asked, smiling brightly at the thought of her in college, 阅读 a big book about the human mind.
    She laughed at this. "Just tell me your dream, and maybe I can decode it."
    I sighed, turned to face her, and told her my dream, explaining everything from waking up at midnight, to Haus barging into the room and how his face changed to Vi's and back again, and concluded with going back to bed, the lights turning off as I closed my eyes before waking up. When I shut my mouth, waiting for her to answer me, she just stood there, thinking, looking around the room and contently thinking on how, 或者 what, my dream from the 前一个 night meant.
    "Well?" I finally 说 after what seemed like ten 分钟 later.
    "I think that Haus told 你 a bunch of crap." She laughed, and unlocked the door. "But, just in case, be careful, okay? 你 never know if 你 guys are in a fight with someone and he goes to stab them and they pull 你 in front of them 或者 whatever."
    I nodded, thinking on how I never thought of that before, and she left the room, her presence being replaced 由 Jerek's.
    "Hey," He closed the door and sat 下一个 to me on the 床, 床上 as I finished drying off my hair.
    "Hey," I smiled and put my towel in the hamper in his closet.
    "How are you?" He asked.
    "I'm fine, but we really don't need to worry about me, how are you, really?" I asked him, wondering if there was anything wrong with his wound.
    He sighed, laying back onto the bed. "Cyd, I'm fine. My stomach, is fine. My wound, is fine. I'll be fine - I am fine."
    "Okay," I sat on the 床, 床上 and looked at the clock. 8:59 p.m.
    I laid down 下一个 to him, and stared at the ceiling. We just laid there, talking about nothing, and having nothing to talk about.
