The 下一个 morning I was hesitating 由 the phone. I didn't want to do this, but we needed to. We had to. There wasn't much time left. I dialed the number and wished I hadn't as soon as it started ringing.
"Hello?" Alice's voice on the other end was bouncy.
"Alice? It's Renesmee." I sighed. Jacob stood beside me with a wet towel across his head. Okay, he was over reacting. "Jake and I....we uh," I looked at him and sucked in a breath. "We need 你 to go with us to buy stuff for the babies."
As Alice squealed with delight, I held the phone out from my ear as Jake held both hands over his ears. "I would 爱情 to!"
I held the phone back to my ear as Jake hunched over the counter shaking. I giggled and shoved his shoulder. "Thanks Alice."
"Wait." She added. "Once condition. I buy everything."
"Alice. There is no wa-" I started to protest.
"Thanks Nessi! Be ready in an hour!" And the line when dead.
I sighed and slammed the phone back on the hook. "Some one should be an actor." I smiled.
"She's crazy." His brows furrowed. He grabbed a Propel out of the fridge and took a swig. "She's going to kill us out there today." I laughed and shook my head.
"Come one." I used both hands to push him up the stairs as he gave me a pep talk.
"Look. No matter how much she tries to talk 你 down, don't buckel. If 你 don't what the 粉, 粉色 婴儿床 don't let her talk 你 into it!" He was turned around facing me now. My hands pressed his chest. "And the whole time 你 are fighting, I'm going to be there on the side lines, cheering 你 on! Because you, are undefetable!"
I laughed as I pushed him into our room. "Thanks coach. No go get in the shower."
He smiled and kissed me, heading for the bathroom.
I went into Sarah's room to wake her up be she was already dressed and sitting in her floor playing. She turned to look at me with a smile on her face.
"Hi, Momma."
I smiled back a walked over to her. "What are 你 doing up?" I asked, sitting crossed legged infront of her.
"The baby woke me up." She shrugged.
"Sarah. How come 你 didn't tell me 或者 daddy there were three babies?" I sighed.
"I didn't know there were three." She looked up from her baby doll, her brows furrowed. She looked like Jacob.
"You can't hear them?"
She waited, concentrating on voices. "I only hear one, Momma." I nodded. "Well, your going to spend the 日 with Gran and Grandpa Edward."
"Okay." She smiled.
I stood up and got to the door before she spoke again. "I can hear another one!" I turned to look at her. "I hear them! I can hear them all now!" She smiled wide. Certinly pleased with herself.
"You can?"
Her face suddenly fell, her eyes sad. "What's wrong?" I asked her.
"I...I can't hear them anymore. None of them." Her voice was small and quiet.
"Well, maybe it's because your new at all this. You'll get the hang of it." I smiled.
She got up and I followed her down stairs. "So what do 你 want for breakfast?" I asked as she jumped up on a bar stool.
"Poptarts."
"What kind?" I asked her opening up the cabnit. "Chocolate, cherry, 或者 blueberry?"
"Um..." She thought for a moment. "Cherry."
"Heated 或者 toasted?" I unwrapped the poptarts and set them on a plate. I already knew the answer.
"Heated." Jake liked his Popstarts heated in the microwave, too.
I put them in and set the time. "Milk 或者 juice?"
I put her glass on the counter and grabbed the 牛奶 jug.
"Milk." I knew it.
She giggled when I set it down infront of her. "Momma? If 你 already know the question, then why do 你 ask me?" She sipped her milk.
"I just liked giving 你 options." I chuckled.
As soon as Sarah was done eating the doorbell rang. I opened the door whiping my hands with a 厨房 towel.
"Mom. Dad. What are 你 doing here?" I smiled as Mom pulled me into a hug.
"We thought we would go ahead and pick Sarah up." She smiled as she made her way over to her.
I hugged Dad, my arms still around his waist rubbing his back. "How 你 doin' Dad?"
"Perfect." He smiled. "Alice should be over in a half an hour. Fair warning." He smiled a crooked smile. The one that made Bella melt till this day.
I had the same crooked smile and when it came to Jake, I was glad I had it. But that was another story. I looked up at Edward, forgetting he was still standing there. I shot him an apoligitic look but he waved it away.
"Well," Mom walked over to us with Sarah holding onto her hand. "We will be going. Good luck with Alice." I kissed Sarah goodbye and listened as she squealed when Edward threw her on his back and took off. I laughed and made my way up the stairs.
I walked into our room and Jacob was standing in our closet. "Hey..." My voice trailed off as I caught sight of him.
He was standing with nothing but a towel around his waist. His hair was tousled, still dripping in the front. The water was running down his face and down every conture of the front of his body. I don't know how it happened but the 下一个 I know the only sound his our heavy breathing and his lips against mine. I pull away unwillingly and try to catch my breath. "Alice will be here soon." I gasp and smile. He kisses me feircly once 更多 before letting me go.
I walk out of the closet and into the bathroom to brush my hair.
I come out and he's standing infront of the mirror looking at what he has on.

I smile as I walk toward him. He then notes the back sweater with a white tank underneath, my own pair of dark jeans and boots. We match.

"If we weren't going with Alice, I wouldn't be wearing this." He huffed.
"I know." I 吻乐队（Kiss） his cheek. "But you're doing it to make it easier." I laugh knowing that if he had been wearing his normal attire, Alice would have 给 him heck.
As on cue, there is a knock on the door.
We both walk down stairs and to the door.
"Are 你 guys ready?" Alice was there and in her car before I could blink. I forced myself not to smile and Jake sighed depressingly.
"What about this?" Alice was holding up an outfit for a baby girl. Way to much glitter.
"That much glitter on a new born?" I smiled.
"True." She set it back on the rack and picked up another one. These two for a boy.
Suprisingly I loved them. They were two pair of pj's made to look like little tuxedos. "Those are adorible." I smiled. They gleamed back and threw them into the three-fourths of the way cart.
"Okay, Alice." I sighed. "I think that's enough clothes. We need to look at cribs and stuff too."
We moved along to the furniture section of Babies-R-Us in Seattle.
"I think two of these would look great in the boys' room." She was pointing to a black sleigh crib. The dresser that matched had crome handles and a mirror for the top. Very modern. "What do 你 think?" She asked examinging the furniture.
"I think if we paint the room blue and throw some 橙子, 橙色 accents in the room it's good to go."
"Wow." She stood up straight. "That would look amazing."
I shrugged. "I learned from the best."
She wrote down the numbers to ask the clerk. Part of the human show.
"What about this?" I ran my hand across an exact replica of the 婴儿床 we pick out for the boys but in brown. The dresser too.
"Throw in a little 粉, 粉色 and it's good to go." Alice smiled.
Jacob didn't much care what we got. As long as they had beds and clothes, he was okay.
When we finally got back home, Alice helped us get everything into the house. I told her Kaela's room was the one 由 Sarah's and Kaelem's and Kaeleb's room was the first door.
She stocked their closest and showed me where she put everything. It was color coordinated.
"Well, I will be over tomorrow right after lunch to get started." She smiled.
"Okay." I stood in the doorway with Jacob. "We'll be here."
"Bye guys." She half waved and left with a breeze.
"I'm going to go ahead and put the cribs together. Won't take long." He kissed me and went upstairs.
I called Bella and Edward to tell them I was coming to get Sarah, but they insisted she stay there. It was almost her 床, 床上 time anyway so I caved in and she stayed there. I layed down on the 长椅, 沙发 and debated on whether 或者 not to go help Jake before deciding that being on my feet all 日 tomorrow would be enough.
As I layed there I focused on the babies. Every movement I made a mental note on. Not quite sure why, but 更多 than anything giving myself something to do.
I didn't notice I had fallen asleep untill I woke up halfway and noticed I was in my pajamas and in the 床, 床上 with Jacob's arms around me. I sighed and smiled slightly before quickly drifting back off.
