i don't think so. Jacob imprinted on Edward's and Bella's baby. if Jacob and Bella had a baby, it wouldn't be the same person. the physical appearance would be different. not to mention the whole personnality and character.

Jacob didn't imprint on Nessie because she happened to be Bella's baby. He wouldn't imprint on any child she'd have. If Bella had a child with Jacob and never had Nessie, I don't think Jake would ever imprint. His imprintee would never exist.
