How do 你 get medals??

I saw on a persons 个人资料 they 奖章 for spots and I wanted to know how I can get medals.

你 get 奖章 when 你 post links, videos, pictures, articles, etc. There are three types of 奖章 你 can get. Dedicated, Die-Hard, and Fanatic. The 更多 你 post, the closer 你 get to getting a higher medal :)
