I think if they were 'big' when they were bitten..they would stay big...if they were 'thin' when they were bitten...they would stay thin...no weight gain 或者 loss in the vampire world.

I'm not totally sure. If a fat person was bitten then they would stay that way, right? But yeah, once they become 吸血鬼 can't gain any weight. Though theres nothing that says they all have to be skinny.
