That's all 你 have to do. Comment, post picks, maybe 提交 some 链接 或者 pictures 或者 something that people can and will be a 粉丝 of. Make them different from the ones already 发布 though, 或者 no one will bother to look at them. Keep at it and the medal will be your reward.
But 你 know, 你 really shouldn't be contributing just because 你 want a medal. 你 should be doing it because it's fun, and 你 want to. The 奖章 are supposed to be something that 你 just get along the way.
