Please Awnser! :) In the book new moon Jacob says: "We'll have a joint party."

When Bella and him talk about how they missed eachothers birthdays he says "Don't worry we'll have a joint party" Is he talking about weed? Cause I don't think Jacob does weed, I hope he doesn't
