Even when they weren't together as a couple, I still loved any Derek and Meredith scenes that I could get. I hated Addison and Finn for coming between them. Derek divorcing Addison and Meredith dumping Finn was what I lived for because Derek and Meredith were back together. I loved it when they worked on the clincial trial because they were still having scenes together. The episode "Freedom" really made sense for me because the end of the episode was when they got back together.
Derek: Meredith....
Meredith: Stupid, corny, idiotic, I can't believe I did this. Stupid, loser, son of a ... I could be at 首页 instead of ... oh
Derek: Meredith....
Meredith: Where have 你 been?! I've been waiting and waiting for you! And I did this stupid, embarrassing, humiliating, corny thing. And I was just gonna tell 你 that, this over here is our 厨房 and this is our living room, and over there that's the room our kids could play. I had this whole thing about I was gonna build us a house, but I don't build houses because I'm a surgeon. And now I'm here feeling like a lame 屁股 loser. I got all whole and healed and 你 don't 显示 up. And now it's all ruined because 你 took so long to come home! And I couldn't even find that bottle of champagne ... (Derek holds up the bottle and smiles)
Derek: It's the kitchen? Living room - a little small. The view's much better from here. And that's where the kids are going to play? Where's our bedroom?
Meredith: I'm still mad at 你 and I don't know if I trust you, I wanna trust you, but I don't know if I do. So I'm just gonna try, I'm gonna try and trust you. Because I believe that, we can be extraordinary together. rather than ordinary apart and I wanna be ... (he kisses her)
Derek: I have to go.
Meredith: What?
Derek: In order to 吻乐队（Kiss） 你 the way I wanna 吻乐队（Kiss） 你 and in order to do 更多 than 吻乐队（Kiss） 你 I need to speak to Rose. I want my conscience clear so I can do 更多 than 吻乐队（Kiss） you. Stay here, don't move, wait for me.
In addtion to this episode, I also liked the moment where Derek confessed to Meredith he was in 爱情 with her.
Derek: I wanted to come over here this morning to tell you... But now all I want to tell 你 is that I'm in 爱情 with you. I've been in 爱情 with 你 forever. And now 你 have a choice to make. I want 你 to take all the time 你 need, I don't want to rush you, but I 爱情 you. Just take your time. Because when I had to make a choice... I chose wrong.
I also loved to the part where Derek answered Meredith's 问题 about when the last time they kissed was.
Derek: I wanted to come over here this morning to tell you... But now all I want to tell 你 is that I'm in 爱情 with you. I've been in 爱情 with 你 forever. And now 你 have a choice to make. I also loved the part where Derek answered Meredith's 问题 about their last kiss.
MEREDITH: "I can't, I can't remember our last kiss. All I could think about was 'I'm going to die today' and I can't remember our last kiss. Which is pathetic but the last time we were together and happy... I want to be able remember that. And I can't, Derek. I can't remember."
DEREK: "I'm glad 你 didn't die today."
[pause]
DEREK: "It was a Thursday morning, 你 were wearing that ratty little Dartmouth t-shirt 你 look so good in. The one with the hole at the back of the neck. You'd just washed 你 hair and smelled like some kind of... flower. I was running late for surgery, 你 说 你 were going to see me later, and 你 lean to me, put your hand on my chest and 你 kissed me. Soft. It was quick. Kind of like a habit. 你 know, like we'd do it everyday for the rest of our lives. Then 你 went back 阅读 the newspaper and I went to work. That was the last time we kissed."
Derek and Meredith are my 最喜爱的 couple because even though they've been through hell, they find a way back to each other such as Derek calling her a whore and ending up with them having sex in the exam room at prom. I thought that angry and jealous Derek was sexy.
MEREDITH: "Hey..."
DEREK: "How's my dog?"
MEREDITH: "Much better. Finn is running tests-"
DEREK: "Good. Good."
MEREDITH: "Our dog."
DEREK: "What?"
MEREDITH: "Our dog. 你 说 my dog. He's our dog."
DEREK: "Yeah, whatever."
MEREDITH: "Are 你 mad at me 或者 something?"
DEREK: [walks away] "Now's not the time."
DEREK: "How the hell did 你 let a patient get that far from your watch?"
MEREDITH: "I turned my back for a second."
DEREK: "He was in the damn gallery!"
MEREDITH: "He's a surgical intern at Mercy West..."
DEREK: "I don't care if he's the Surgeon General. In this hospital he's patient with a head injury who needs a CT. In this hospital he's a scared guy who doesn't need to see the mass of internal injuries of the woman he ran into with his car! This is your fault! 你 had him and 你 迷失 him! You've got to take responsibility for your actions, for once in your life!" [walks away]
MEMEREDITH: "I never should have told 你 about George."
DEREK: "No, its fine. I'm glad I know about him, and the vet. 你 really get around."
MEREDITH: "What did 你 just say to me?"
DEREK: "It's unforgivable."
MEREDITH: "I don't remember ever asking 你 to forgive me."
DEREK: "So, was the knitting a phase? Who's next? Alex? I hear he likes to sleep around too. 你 two have that in common."
MEREDITH: "Derek!"
MEREDITH: "You don't get to call me a whore. When I met you, I thought I had found the person that I was going to spend the rest of my life with. I was done! All the boys and all the bars and all the obvious daddy issues, who cares? I was done. 你 left me. 你 chose Addison. I'm all glued back together now. I make no apologies for how I chose to repair what 你 broke. 你 don't get to call me a whore."
DEREK: "This thing with us is finished. It's over."
MEREDITH: "Finally."
DEREK: "Yeah, it's done."
MEREDITH: "It is done."
DEREK: "Meredith."
MEREDITH: "Leave me alone."
DEREK: "Meredith-"
MEREDITH: "Just leave me alone!"
DEREK: "I just want to make sure you're alright."
MEREDITH: "No! I'm not alright? Okay? Are 你 satisfied? I'm not alright. Because 你 have a wife, and 你 call me a whore, and our dog died, and now you're looking at me again. Stop looking at me."
DEREK: "I'm not looking at you. I am not looking at you."
MEREDITH: "You are looking at me. And 你 watch me. And Finn has plans. I like Finn. He's perfect for me, and I'm really trying here to be happy, and I feel like I can't breathe. I can't breathe with 你 looking at me like that, so just stop!"
DEREK: "You think I want to look at you? That I wouldn't rather be looking at my wife? I'm married. I have responsibilities. She doesn't drive me crazy. She doesn't make it impossible for me to feel normal. She doesn't make me sick to my stomach thinking about my veternarian touching her with his hands. Man, I would give anything to not be looking at you!"
DEREK: "What does this mean?"
MEREDITH: "Uh, I had panties on. Black ones. Do 你 see them?"
DEREK: "What does this mean?"
MEREDITH: "Fix your tie."
DEREK: "Meredith, what does this mean!?"
Their engagement and the moment leading up to it was perfect.
Richard: Wait. Um. Wait. No. 你 can't take that one.
Meredith: Why not?
Richard: I 说 don't take it.
Meredith: I will take the elevator I want to take.

Right there. Tumor free. Because of you. 你 got me into the OR. If there's a crisis, 你 don't freeze, 你 移动 forward. 你 get the rest of us to 移动 forward. Because you've seen worse. You've survived worse, and 你 know we'll survive too. 你 say you're all dark and twisty. It's not a flaw, it's a strength. It makes 你 who 你 are.
