Chapter 5
    So old news
    Blood, that was all I saw big dark, nauseating blood. I couldn’t look away from the grotesque thing, it just caught my attention, as dark and scary as it’ll ever get.
    Luckily it was fake blood.    
    “Do 你 like it?” Lila asked, looking at me expectantly.
    “Um…yes, it’s lovely and very, very real looking” I shudder.
    “Where’d 你 get it?” 蕨类, 蕨类植物 asks, looking disturbed. “It even smells real.”
    Sasha gave him a look. “And 你 know that how?”
    Fern shrugs. “I was very clumsy in my younger days.”
    Jordan rolled his eyes. “Was?”
    As 蕨类, 蕨类植物 gave him the death glare Lila spoke up. “It’s not real, of course, I got it from my uncle, he’s got his own 你 tube channel where he makes horror 电影院 with his friends, plus he has his own creepy horror store.”
    RT nodded thoughtfully. “I don’t think I’ll be able to sleep tonight.”
    Ashlynn rolled her eyes, “oh come on, it’s super good for our documentary.”
    “Movie,” Sasha said.
    Ashlynn glowered at her. “Anyways…it’s way better than what anyone of us would’ve brought in, the 更多 realistic the 更多 better.”
    “And the 更多 better the great A+ we get,” Chauncey added.
    Ashlynn nodded. “Exactly.”
    “But does it have to be so…lifelike?” 蕨类, 蕨类植物 asked, eyeing the thing. “I’m getting scared of friggin fake blood! I can’t handle that kind of pressure.”
    Lila rolled her eyes. “Grow up, baby. It’s fake, you’re a genius so 你 should know, were using it.”
    “Okay, let’s get started in the other things we need, do we have the list?” I cut in, stopping a huge fight that was brewing.
    Chauncey nodded, taking out a piece of paper. “All on here, plus some extra awesome things, I have this wicked awesome laptop we could use to make effects, and my own recording camera.”
    “Two stones in one throw,” RT said, “what else?”
    Sasha smiled. “Well, the teacher’s providing some moo moo…so we could use that for wardrobe.”
    Ashlynn nodded. “Yes, but I’m doing the buying.” She added, and Sasha scowled. “Since I know the characters style I’ll get their wardrobe.”
    I nod. “Yep, we can’t use the money 给 to us for personal reasons or…whatever. It has to be on the project, but if there’s any money left we could 分裂, 拆分 it…or give it to the person who worked the hardest.”
    “That leaves out Sasha,” 蕨类, 蕨类植物 muttered.
    “EXCUSE ME?”
    As they started to bicker I looked up and down the list, seemed easy and pleasant enough, and most of the scenes can be in the TV production classroom and our homes, if the school wouldn’t let us use school property. Which I’m guessing is a no.
    Chauncey tapped me on the shoulder. “Yeah, well I did some research over the weekend, and I printed out some important findings, some unknown, most everybody knows.”
    I smile as she hands me the printed papers. “Thanks.”
    She nods as she goes off to the other direction, and I look at the papers, one in particular catches my eye. It’s a horrible version of a newspaper in an actual boring paper, old, obviously, and fascinated I read.
    ‘It is a sad, sad 日 for our town as the death of a beloved person has caught out attention, police are not giving out an info of the victim yet, but their family has been noted. The only thing the police have 给 us is going to sound really weird, and very scary. According to the blue uniformed guys they’ve haven’t found any DNA whatsoever of the killer, one officer in particular, has told us it was like a ghost attack, no clue 或者 any lead, just a dead person and nothing and no one to be connected with it. Has horror decided to target us this time? Will update 你 guys soon.’
    On the bottom of the 描述 is a picture of a place, underneath is a caption that says this was the place where the victim was found, the place was nothing other than a little woodsy area, and 你 could see a big gorgeous lake on the side, a little hidden from view, but the ink from the paper didn’t help either. I notice there’s a scrawl on the back, and it’s obviously Chauncey’s, she wrote a website down, probably where she found this, and maybe many 更多 news articles.
    I smile as I take my phone out and start typing.
