I would say they are tied because the longer both shows run the more I am dislikeing them. I gave up on Supernatural after the whole Sam comes back from hell plot. Both shows are changing too much.

Supernatural is incredible and in no way can True Blood beat it, in my opinion. Supernatural has better plots, its more exciting and gives you thrill and adrenaline as you watch, the seasons connect well with each other, and for so many other reasons.!!
