In the 图书 they definitely become a couple, but True Blood is under no compulsion to follow the storyline of the 图书 to the letter. Furthermore, the popularity of Bill and Sookie on the 显示 (not to mention their real life romance) might compel the writers to keep this relationship going. However, so far, True Blood does seem to be keeping the basic 识骨寻踪 of the events in the books, which means that Sookie and Eric might have a chance of definitely hooking up in Season 4 (as it happens in the books) I don't know if we will see 更多 than the intense attraction and flirtation between the two of them in this upcoming season 3.
Well they officially hook up in Book 4 of the series, "Dead to the World" but they don't become a couple until a few 图书 later, after a few twists and turns.
I don't think Sookie will get to be eric anytime soon with the way the writers are going, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the last season with the way they are going.
Well, nobody else really knows either, do they? In the 图书 they do, but the 显示 isn't following the 图书 to a t. Bill and Sookie are a very 流行的 couple, but the writers might make Eric and Sookie a couple to keep the drama going.
