There is no way to know for sure because if someone else had played the role of Rose, we might have liked it just as much as we do now. Kate Winslet was a great choice though!

I don't think anyone would be able to be Rose like Kate did. I just can't imagine anyone else playing Rose. Kate did an amazing job! ;)
