Victor: There's a problem in Florida, and Elias needs all of the heritage units to come together, and help fight Ferromex.
Joel: Alright then, let's go. Evan, and Hermy aren't too far away.

Joel: Evan is the Lehigh Valley heritage unit, and Hermy is Pennsy.
Victor: Alright, let's go find them.

They followed the tracks north to a small town called Dipple. They found a place called the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.
Evan: Lotta freight cars here.
Hermy: At least we took care of some of those NS switchers. *Sees Joel* 嘿 Joel. I see 你 made it back from that Intermodal Yard.
Joel: And I found some friends.
Victor: 你 two remember me. This is my pal, Joe.
