without DE TVD is nothing

It's not THE best one , but at least in my opinion it was perfect!

This episode wasn't about the couples , it was about their family's & friendships & I think we needed to focus on that once in awhile.

WORST EPISODE IN THIS SEASON!

Poorly written. Don't like how Jeremy or Stefan were written this episode. Favourite characters: surprisingly Bonnie followed by Caroline. Girl power!

I love this episode))) If Delena was in this episode. It would become my favourite

Come on, Delena doesn't make the whole show. This episode was not the best ever, but the ending scene with Alaric is SO exciting! It held me spellbound!

I didn;t liked it. NO DE, Jeremy was idiot, Anna said nothing to me, no Tyler, no Klaus, it sucked. Only DALARIC bromance was worthy and Lexi.

xleeloo --wow, one smart person! I absolutely agree. it's really annoying how delena fans hate the episode just because there weren't DE. That's stupid.
I've missed delena too, but it was GREAT, exciting episode. For those who watch TVd only because of delena(or any other couple)...well, I feel sorry for you.

I loved it! Not the best ever but it was still amazing! And just because delena weren't in it doesnt mean it wasn't a great episode! Because if it wasn't because of the SHOW you would n't like the couple!

For the people who only say that DE makes Vampire Diaries you should really just stop watching the show, there is more to it than that..People need to respect the story and what the writers bring in.

This show is about a girl and her love for two vampires and discovering the supernatural secrets in Mystic Falls..If you cant respect that stop watching because its not all about DE and as a writer's POV the scenes are cute but not as powerful as others.

Anyway it was not my faviorte but it was really good to get closer from a lot of characters(Which that episode was for basically.)

Dont get me wrong i missed Katherine, Rebekah and Tyler this episode but they weren't necessary for this episode.

And it wasnt poorly written btw. lol

Come on guys, as much as I love DE (and as much as I hoped until the last minute for a Delena scene) I don't think an episode should be judged only by the presence or lack of Delena/Forwood/whatever ship you like scenes. I think 3x07 was a great episode, it had many emotional scenes and I love how it focused most on the characters and on the unfinished affairs of the various ghosts. I think the show really needed it. It was really good to see Lexi, Mason, Pearl (the Anna/Pearl reunion was so amazing!) etc. again.

I found the 7th ep from the 1st season to be intense/a shocker & the 7th ep from the 2nd season to be totally epic so based on that & that this was considered to be the halloween episode I was expecting ALOT more. I don't think that the ep was poorly written or anything but I do feel that this was the weakest ep of season 3 so far.
What I did like about the ep was Anna. I loved all her scenes, espec the ones with Jeremy & I cried when she was reunited with her mom. There were also some Lexi, Elena, Stefan moments I liked.

The only thing that saved the episode was how awesome Bonnie was. I didn't like or care about the way anything else was handled.

No DE scenes......

I only Liked Damon/Alaric/Mason thing

I watch the show because of the plot not Delena. And I was glad to see Lexie, Pearl(heartbreaking scene) and Grams

in my opinion i think it was my favorite episode so far. :D

DE do not make the entire show. All the relationships do. Family, friends, romantic relationships also. I miss DE too and I think Tyler should have gotten to see Mason, but still it was an AMAZING episode.

Not the best episode but still great!

Weakest episode of season 3 so far.

I loved it. Especially because of Damon and Alaric. I also loved that Damon learned something. So even without Delena it was a great episode. But not the best ever. So there wasn't really a pick for me.

I don't consider 3x07 neither the best TVD episode ever nor one of my favourites but it was good and it showed some other aspects of the characters and it concluded the ghost storyline!

If you want DE in every episode of Vampire Diaries, I think you should stop watching the show. The show doesn't revolve only around DE, it revolves on other characters too.

Shouldn't there be something between "best episode ever" and "nothing special"?

Through the whole episode I didn't even notice that Damon and Elena didn't have any scenes together. Seriously. I think TVD needed to do an episode like this to show the fans that the show doesn't revolve around Delena. A lot of great, touching, funny things happened in the episode and a lot of people over looked it because they were too wrapped up in Damon and Elena. It's kinda sad :/
